Not necessarily his last will and testament, but definitely his new solo program. But it could be that there is still something to inherit from Robert Palfrader. His observations and reflections on the subject of spoon feeding, for example. Everything you need to know so that you can rest in peace but still be heard loud and clear from your final resting place.
Robert Palfrader - A portrait of his artistic work
Robert Palfrader, born in Vienna in 1968, is one of Austria's most versatile artists. He became famous as a satirical monarch in the cult show "Wir sind Kaiser", where he commented on political events with astute irony as Robert Heinrich I. His career spans cabaret, television, film and literature.
On television, Palfrader shone in series such as "Braunschlag" (2012), "Altes Geld" (2015), "Totenfrau" (2022-2025) and "Walking on Sunshine" (2019-2023). In the cinema, he impressed in films such as "Die Hölle - Inferno" (2017), "Anna Fucking Molnar" (2017) and "Servus, Euer Ehren" (2024).
He also shows his versatility as a podcaster: in the format "Hangweyrer & Palfrader", he portrays celebrities together with Thomas Hangweyrer in unusually open conversations. Guests such as Harald Schmidt, Mirjam Weichselbraun and Florian Klenk give the podcast a special depth.
Palfrader is an artist who is not afraid to strike a balance between comedy and seriousness - always with a fine sense for social nuances.
