Der Weihnachtsmann ist ein Dreckskerl

The play takes place on what appears to be a peaceful Christmas Eve at a telephone counseling hotline. While the world outside sings “Silent Night,” the phone here rings nonstop. A slightly exhausted couple of social workers quickly realizes that instead of quiet contemplation, a veritable state of emergency awaits them. Unannounced visitors show up, strange characters call—and chaos ensues.
