Spanisch für Anfängerinnen

Location:
Theaterhaus, Siemensstr. 11, 70469 Stuttgart

José, a somewhat aging, but still fiery-eyed bullfighter with black curls and flamenco in his blood, attempts to teach the women of Stuttgart the most essential Spanish skills in ten lessons—enough to meet a hot-blooded Iberian, kiss him, seduce him, and then get rid of him again. While José is brimming with self-confidence, his unsexy, somewhat simple-minded half-brother Manolo is allowed to accompany him on the guitar but must otherwise stay in the background as much as possible.

Together, the two raise the temperature to levels that melt women’s hearts by the dozen. What a woman can expect when the Spanish macho whispers “Amor” in her ear is just as much a part of the show as the spirited and particularly soulful renditions of numerous well-known Spanish hits. After all, a vacation fling isn’t a vacation fling unless it’s set to Spanish songs like “Bamboléo” or “Vamos a la playa.”

“Amor, Amor, Amor” is at the heart of this Spanish course for beginners… pardon me: for female beginners—a course that’s guaranteed to be politically incorrect, equally misogynistic and misandric, and as spicy as chorizo.
