What do you do when an incurable illness strikes? Goldie, a middle-aged woman, decides to tackle a home renovation. In the midst of her spirited and stubborn struggle for survival, Goldie’s father bursts onto the scene with the energy of a second summer: newly in love, Tony is on his way to the sea with his new partner, Vivian, and a motorhome when a visit to his daughter turns out to be an unexpectedly existential encounter.
