THE KILKENNYS
MUSIC OF IRELAND TOUR 2027
Ireland’s most successful folk export returns on tour in October 2027
Thirteen exclusive shows in Germany
The Kilkennys—comprising Davey Cashin, Tommy Mackey, Mick Martin, and Jason Turk—celebrate the musical spirit of Ireland in their performances, ranging from classic ballads to contemporary folk anthems. Having made a name for themselves through their modern interpretation of traditional Irish folk music, they have earned a reputation over the years as one of their homeland’s most exciting live bands. Even after more than 25 years together, their passion for live performances remains undiminished and has now attracted a large international fan base!
After the band celebrated its 25th anniversary in style with an anniversary album and an extensive anniversary tour, The Kilkennys will return to international stages in 2027 as part of their “Music Of Ireland” tour. After all, it’s crystal clear that their unmistakable energy comes to life best live on stage. No wonder the band has become one of Ireland’s most successful folk exports. Since Germany has been a second home to the band from the very beginning, they’ll be visiting their “home away from home” in October 2027 for thirteen shows, making stops in Hanover, Berlin, Hamburg, Oldenburg, Worpswede, Cologne, Dortmund, Mannheim, Karlsruhe, Freiburg, Stuttgart, Nuremberg, and Aschaffenburg.
Fans can look forward to their signature harmonies and their telepathic musical chemistry—and, of course, brand-new songs written since the release of their anniversary album.
