Theater-Impro-Spiele Workshop 3h Samstag

The aim is to strengthen self-confidence, to test one's own limits and to promote creativity and the joy of playing.

Welcome to my theater workshop. At the age of 10 I performed sketches, at 15 I was on stage and at 25 I completed my acting training in Heidelberg. Since then I have been working independently as an actor, theater teacher, director and author. I have been running my Theater-Impro-Spiele courses and workshops since 1989. My aim is to strengthen your self-confidence, test your limits and encourage your creativity, playfulness and joie de vivre. Using the basic elements of the performing arts, you will get to know yourself better in a playful way. This will enable you to act and react more sensitively. I will sharpen your stage presence through scenic play, improvisation, as well as solo, partner and group exercises. My warm-up is a mixture of creative games, relaxation exercises, body awareness, voice and breathing training. I respond to impulses from the group. Remember that acting has a therapeutic effect. You deal with your emotions, play different roles and can playfully free yourself from deadlocked behavior patterns. Would you like to try it out? Let your inner child run free and come along.
