Vanessa Maurischat

Love is beautiful—until Cupid misses the mark.
Madness is funny—until it moves in with you.
Everyday madness and the madness of everyday life have conspired against us!
Vanessa Maurischat tries to bring order to a chaotic world.
Can you get intimate with someone you’ve just picked up?
Is it okay for a vegan to use the “salami tactic”?
And why do we count our steps when we’ve long since been treading water?
Maurischat dissects the neuroses of everyday life with the scalpel of humor and weaves them into melody, until even the greatest chaos takes on a rhythm of its own. Between romantic delusions and weariness of life, she juggles punchlines, piano keys, and psychological precision—and always hits exactly where it hurts and feels good at the same time: right in the brain and right in the heart.
The tangled halves of the brain are elegantly untangled until we can see clearly again.
Cupid & Psycho—fighting daily madness with love!
A must-see for smart alecks, scaredy-cats, amateur psychopaths, and wannabe Casanovas.
