Hooray, it's that time again! The Pflägekraft of the heart Sybille Bullatschek is back in her retirement home and honors us with her freshly written program "VIP - Very Important Pflägekraft!". In it, she once again emphasizes how important Pflägekraft are for society and that they all deserve an Oscar. Although she doesn't get one at Haus Sonnenuntergang, she is awarded the "Golden Otterle", a trophy named after her boss, which nobody really cares about. Sybille is once again learning a foreign language in her 5th program in order to be prepared for the onslaught of foreign plumbers. This time she has taken a liking to French, which turns out to be even more complicated than her previous language courses in English, Spanish and Russian.
