Who says that barbecuing is only fun in summer? Anyone who has tried our winter BBQ certainly hasn't!
When you arrive at our Riverhouse locations, a campfire is already crackling and you can enjoy mulled wine or punch at the reception.
At this point, our kitchen team has already set to work marinating various types of meat and fish in delicious marinades.
Vegetarians and vegans will also be catered for with fresh variations and delicious grilled cheese varieties. Beef steaks and salmon fillets will be prepared live at the grill barrel. There is also a large hot and cold barbecue buffet.

1 mug of mulled wine or non-alcoholic punch per person with a small greeting from the kitchen

Procedure:
Duration of the event 4 hours
19:00 - 19:30: Admission & mulled wine / punch reception by the campfire
19:30 - 21:30: Barbecue barrel and barbecue buffet
21:45 - 22:15: Dessert (optionally bookable)
22:15 - 23:00: Cozy end of the evening
