Sausage course: From meat to fine sausage

Making sausage is an art. In this course, you will make your own sausage - about 1 kg per person. You will learn how to turn the best meat and the right spices into a sausage that not only tastes fantastic, but also shows how much fun real craftsmanship can be. Creative, individual seasoning is of course part of the process. You get to work yourself and at the end you not only take home your own sausages, but also new knowledge and a special experience.

I'm Stefan, a master butcher and meat sommelier. I have been working with meat for over 20 years, developing products that combine craftsmanship, quality and genuine taste. My aim is to pass on this enthusiasm and show you what really matters.

What you can expect: Selection and preparation of the meat.

You will learn how to season properly and what effect spices have in terms of taste and technology.

You can mix additional ingredients into your sausage as you wish to give free rein to your taste and create your own personal sausage.

You will learn how to grind sausages properly - and what variations there are.

You will then fill the sausage meat into the natural casing and shape your own sausages.

Finally, you will grill or fry your own sausage.

Your remaining sausages will be vacuum-packed for you to take home This course is for anyone who loves good food and enjoys doing it themselves. Whether you are a beginner or an amateur chef - this is all about experiencing, trying out and learning.
