Brother Louis combines French elegance with Rhenish conviviality in the Heslacher Schlössle on Marienplatz. On the menu: "Petit Pour" to kick-start the evening, classics from wine to Kölsch and Louis' Classics for the cocktails and their own variations. Oysters and sparkling wines are served on Saturdays.
