The Gasthaus zum Hirsch, a spruce, historically listed building located between the church, the town hall and the marketplace, rightly occupies pride of place here in Degerloch: you won't find any convenience products in Ralf Kuhn's saucepans, only seasonal and regional ingredients that lend the Swabian cuisine a modern touch. A recent feature is the "Culinary Calendar" with a different theme each month.
