Injeera
Asmara, here we come! At "Injeera", the name says it all: the leavened flatbread is a classic of East African cuisine and dominates the menu of the Eritrean restaurant in many different variations. The flatbread is served with chicken, lamb, beef, ostrich or vegetables. It is traditionally eaten without cutlery.
