Michelfeld | Rundwanderweg 8 - Forst-Streifleswald
Between the Edge of the Forest, Water, and Panoramic Views
This nature-oriented loop trail starts at the parking lot near the Maurenhäusle and winds through a varied landscape of forests, meadows, and small bodies of water.
Right from the start, the trail takes you along the edge of the forest toward Baumgarten before continuing past the idyllically situated Scheresbrünnele. Following well-maintained trails, the route heads toward Lemberghaus and then downhill to the so-called “Rinnener Sträßle.” Time and again, beautiful views of the surrounding landscape open up.
Further along, several small lakes dot the trail—they invite you to linger and observe, while the trail winds its way through open forest sections and along forest edges. Following a scenic trail and passing through orchard meadows, the route finally leads back to the starting point.
The trail offers plenty of little things to discover along the way, especially for families.
