Speisemeisterei
At the Speisemeisterei in Hohenheim Palace its chefs, Frank Oehler and Frank Eberhardinger, serve creative, cross-cultural cuisine. On request, its sommelier, Marc Schnierer, will be pleased to recommend the right wines to go with the food – with the bias on regional varieties, of course! The Speisemeisterei has been awarded a Michelin Star this year for the third time. As a special bonus, the Speisemeisterei is open 7 days a week at lunchtime and in the evenings.
