Weingut Warth

In 1657, Bartholomäus Warth planted his first vines in Untertürkheim. The foundation thus laid was successfully built upon over the following 350 years. And with a special promise: To fill the grape quality produced in the vineyard into wine bottles as true to nature as possible using gentle methods. We primarily cultivate traditional varieties such as Riesling and Trollinger. Lemberger and Pinot Noir also have a firm place in our range. In addition to other varieties such as Muscat Trollinger and Pinot Blanc, we attach great importance to the cultivation of fungus-tolerant grape varieties such as Regent, Muscaris, Cabernet Blanc and Souvignier Gris.

Stuttgart is also known as the city between the forest and the vines. Accordingly, the vineyards of our company are scattered across numerous parts of the city.
In addition to the company headquarters in Untertürkheim, the vineyards are also located in Rotenberg, Uhlbach, Wangen, Gaisburg and Bad Cannstatt. And it is a wonderful task to grow wine in the middle of the Swabian state capital. The industry along the Neckar has its own charm, which you only realize when you look down into the valley from the steep vineyards. In this contrast, the freedom of nature is perceived more consciously than anywhere else. You can enjoy this experience on a "walking wine tasting" through our vineyards. A Swabian snack in a handcart provides the necessary basis and helps to overcome the inclines. Or relax at the end of your working day with a visit to our WineLounge (opening times can be found on our homepage).
