In our hands-on “Asian Cuisine” cooking class, you’ll dive into the culinary world of Asia—from fresh appetizers to fragrant soups and aromatic main courses. Under professional guidance, we’ll learn techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations that you can easily recreate at home. At the end, we’ll enjoy the dishes we’ve prepared in a convivial atmosphere—paired with perfectly selected wines.

- Crisp edamame & crunchy tempura with vegetables & shrimp
- Spring rolls filled with chicken—including folding and deep-frying techniques
- Dim sum with mushrooms & aromatic dips
- Shrimp balls & Goi Du Du—a fresh, fruity papaya salad
- Beef Tataki
- Tom Yam Goong – the classic spicy-sour soup with lemongrass
- Tandoori salmon and aromatic chicken curry with basmati rice
- Sweet finale: baked bananas & mango-ginger ice cream
