Die Finals 2027

The 2027 finals will take place in Stuttgart from July 29 to August 1. According to current planning, 16 German Championships will be held at nine sports venues in the state capital of Baden-Württemberg.

The sports that are already being planned for the 2027 finals include apparatus gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, swimming, speed climbing, 3x3 basketball, BMX with the disciplines flatland, park and race as well as triathlon and canoeing. Talks are underway with the German Athletics Association regarding the possible relocation of an athletics discipline to Stuttgart.

Many sports will take place in unusual locations, close to the people and in the heart of the city. Beach volleyball in the courtyard of honor in the New Palace, breaking in front of the State Opera, canoeing and stand-up paddling (SUP) on the Neckar, 3x3 basketball on the market square. The Porsche Arena, the sports pool in NeckarPark and the BMX Park will also be part of the finals in Stuttgart.

ARD and ZDF will be broadcasting live on TV and streaming on four days.
